    Format: 10-week live or virtual program featuring in-depth training on the STORM framework and 8 strategies. Athletes receive certification by completing sessions and personalized team-building projects

    Outcome: Athletes develop skills that enhance team performance and personal growth

  • Team Workshops

    What: Overview of the TeammateU framework

    Who: Suitable for entire athletic departments or multiple teams

    When: By appointment

    Format: 2-hour interactive breakout sessions to discuss and apply team-building techniques

    Outcome: Immediate, actionable insights that strengthen teams and foster collaboration

  • Regional Workshops

    What: Immersive Experience

    Who: Suitable for athletes who have completed or are enrolled in CAT2

    When: Athletes will be informed of dates once enrolled in CAT2

    Format: Intensive full-day or weekend workshops featuring hands-on application of TeammateU’s pillars and strategies

    Outcome: Deeper understanding and application of team-building strategies to enhance performance and leadership

  • CAT Fellowship

    What: Combines two CAT2 certifications, a leadership retreat, and leading on-campus workshops

    Who: Suitable for individual athletes, teams, or subsets of teams

    Duration: Academic year program

    Format: Fellows actively apply TeammateU strategies within their teams and communities

    Outcome: Athletes become catalysts for culture change, driving stronger, more connected teams and communities
